How to Save Cantaloupe Seeds

Cut open the best melon fruit you have picked.
Scoop out the seeds into a strainer.
Wash the seeds in running water while rubbing it against the strainer to loosen and remove all the stringy fibers.
Spread the seeds out on a plate. Here I'm using a recycled plastic cover. Place it in a sunny spot to air dry.
Stir the seeds occasionally to make sure all sides are exposed to fresh air for even drying.
In a few days your seeds are ready to be stored. Don't forget to label it.
